FOTA session now checks file system for space required to complete file download and upgrade process. Ability to save a backup of protected settings (Device ID, Network ID, Network Key, and Gen App Key) in MDot One-Time-Programmable storage. Added AT command to get and set duty-cycle. Increased serial buffer to 512 and moved into the heap area of RAM, fixes lost bytes seen when using AT+SENDB up to max payload. BugFix: Sleep for more than 4294 seconds.
